Rest & Relaxation Yoga Retreat

  • Long Lake Outdoor Center (map)
  • Google Calendar ICS

It's a very relaxing retreat. It's in the middle of the woods on a no-wake lake. There might be some fishing boats, but rarely anyone else. There are hiking and biking trails connected to the property. It's a small retreat, the maximum number of people is 30. We provide various yoga classes so everyone can attend if they want, and try different styles of yoga. We have some people who practice 5 days a week and some who have only been to 1 yoga class. Everyone is welcome. Plus there will be SUP yoga and original strength classes. And if you prefer to spend the day reading or napping in a hammock instead of what is planned, this is perfectly OK. There is also down time. Our goal is that you feel rested and rejuvenated when you leave.
