SUP offers benefits for those brand new to yoga as well as the experienced yoga practitioner. All levels are welcome we offer modifications so advanced students and new to yoga students both get the most out of their practice. SUP Yoga is a slower pace, allows one to connect their breath with their practice. Calm the mind and enjoy being out in nature.

Schedule is listed below. This guarantees your spot. You can purchase you class on line with a credit card or pay either cash or check the day of the event. Drop ins are welcome, however, no guarantee of space available. If you are heading out, you can text Roo (248-866-1095) to see if space is available. Roo will be teaching Paddlefit classes the hour prior and will not have access to text.
