What's included in the price?

For Cabin and Individual Sign-ups: 5 meals, 4 yoga classes, a cabin with dorm style sleeping, bonfires and the beauty of a State Park.  We will be offering SUP, Paddlefit or Original Strength as one of the classes.

What kind of meals are available?

All meals are homemade.  There are vegetarian and omnivore options.  We will try to accommodate food allergies.  You will indicate on your registration form any allergies.

I've never camped before, is this for me?

Absolutely!  You are staying in cabins with beds.  All the food is prepared for you.  You're with very experienced campers who will take care of everything.  Do check out our "what to bring list."

Is there indoor plumbing?

Yes.  We have access to the bathhouse which has 6 showers and 6 flushable toilets.

What if it rains?

The retreat will be held regardless of weather.  We have space to have indoor yoga classes iin the case of inclement weather.  SUP and Paddlefit will still be on if it rains unless there is lightning or wind conditions making it unsafe.  We will try to reschedule the SUP/Paddlefit, or you can take advantage of another service.

I’ve never practiced yoga before, can I come on this retreat?

Of course you can!  Classes will be for all levels.  We provide a safe space for beginners as well as a space for those more advanced to go deeper into their practice.

What is the cancellation policy?

Deposits are non-refundable.

Only if you have paid in full does the following apply. If you cancel prior 30 days of the retreat you will be refunded your payment, minus an administrative fee of $100 for cabin reservations, $25 for individual reservations and $15 for commuter reservations. If you cancel 30 - 14 days prior the event, you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel within 14 days to the start of the event, there is no refund.

Can I bring alcohol or my own food?

Yes, you can.  If you are bringing your own, make sure you have a cooler.  For Alcohol policy, you must be 21 years of age and check out the camp rules here:

What if I want my own cabin or to share with specific people?

You can create your own bubble by reserving a cabin. No additional participants will be placed in your cabin.

You can sign up as an individual and in the notes section of the application form, let us know who you want to room with. We will place you that person. Other participants may be placed in the cabin with you.
