What's included in the price?
For the retreat price, you get 5 meals, 4 yoga classes, a cabin with dorm style sleeping, bonfires and the beauty of a State Park. Also included is your choice of a massage, Stand-Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga or a Reiki Workshop (space permitting and weather conditions).
What if I want to do all 3 of the options?
Space permitting, you will be able to purchase additional services/classes.
What kind of meals are available?
All meals are homemade. There are vegetarian and omnivore options. We will try to accommodate food allergies. Please e-mail us at least two-weeks before the retreat with your information.
I've never camped before, is this for me?
Absolutely! You are staying in cabins with beds (you provide the bedding). All the food is prepared for you. You're with very experienced campers who will take care of everything. Do check out our "what to bring list."
Is there indoor plumbing?
Yes. We have access to the bathhouse which has 6 showers and 6 flushable toilets.
What if it rains?
The retreat will be held regardless of weather. We have space to have indoor yoga classes if the weather is not good for outdoor yoga. SUP can also happen in the rain. SUP will be cancelled if there is lightning or wind conditions making it unsafe. We will try to reschedule the SUP, or you can take advantage of another service.
I’ve never practiced yoga before, can I come on this retreat?
Of course you can! Classes will be for all levels. We provide a safe space for beginners as well as a space for those more advanced to go deeper into their practice.
