March Madness

There are so many things happening in March.  We've celebrated international women's day.  "Here's to Strong Women.  May we know them. May we be them. May we raise them."  We've sprung forward - setting us up for those wonderful long summer nights.  And now St. Patrick's Day is here and we're to the luck of the Irish.

"Luck is a matter of preparation meeting opportunity."  Lucias Annaeus Seneca

I love this quote because it gives us some control over our "luck".  Working hard and preparing for dreams, 

This month, make time each day for meditation.  It can be for 2 minutes, 2 hours or anything in between.  As you establish a regular meditation  practice, you set yourself up for being prepared for opportunities that present themselves.  A regular practice will increase focus and creativity.  It also enables you to give more, because you first found time to give yourself.

I'll leave you with an Irish Blessing:
"May the saddest day of the future be no worse than the happiest day of your past."
