Roll Model Workshop on March 21st and April 19th uses lacrosse balls and we learn about fascia release from the feet up the body to the face. This is a 90 minute workshop. Two option: (1) use lacrosse balls or use your own therapy balls; (2) workshop with therapy balls to take home ($14.95 value)
