Melt Method Hand & Foot Workshop on either March 2nd or 15th at 2:00 pm. This is an hour long workshop which includes a bag & balls for you to take home ($20 value)

Roll Model Workshop on March 21st uses lacrosse balls and we learn about fascia release from the feet up the body to the face. This is a 90 minute workshop. Two option: (1) use lacrosse balls or use your own therapy balls; (2) workshop with therapy balls to take home ($14.95 value)
