Come join us at the Dragon Pond. Basic paddling instructions given, paddle a lap, then a hour of yoga. Then have a drink afterwards. All levels welcome. If you're not comfortable standing, that is OK, modifications given. Others might try a headstand. It's about being in nature, relaxing and having fun. Worse case, you fall in - it's refreshing. Boards included.
