We all experience back pain at one time or another. Join us for Gentle Yoga for Healthy Backs to address back pain, or to keep your back healthy. Postures will be held, many with specific props to move the body into proper postural alignment. The range of movement created through the exercises practiced in this class is beneficial for all levels.
