Gratitude - November 2017

November is a time to get together with family and friends, remember what we are grateful for and start to get ready for the winter months.   Being grateful is very  powerful.  When we take a moment each day to recognize what we are grateful for instead of wishing we had something else, we find contentment and happiness.  Yoga and Meditation are wonderful ways to find this gratitude.
