Join us for SUP Yoga at Island Lake Recreation Area. You will learn a few paddling basics, paddle out, enjoy yoga on the water, then paddle back in. All levels are welcome. No experience is needed.
Park in the area near Spring Mill Pond and look for the big yellow boards.
