Run WoodStock SUP Yoga

Unplug, come join us in nature and on the water. Find a new connection with nature. Allow yourself to listen to yourself and your body without electronics. Let yourself enjoy the calm that being on the water can bring. SUP yoga is not about balance, it’s about connecting with you breath. This yoga is slow paced, holding poses longer, using the boards to release out tight muscles. It’s relaxing and rejuvenating. All levels welcomed, modifications given for all.

This class is only opened to those affiliated (runners, support team, workers, volunteers, etc) with the Run Woodstock Race.

For 2023, there are 2 classes again this year! Class will be on Saturday, September 9th at 12:00pm or 4:00pm This is a one hour SUP yoga class. Space is limited. You must pre-register prior to class. If you are curious to how many spot are available. Click the sign up button, enter qty. 12 (for either class), the website will show how many spots are available.

Added for 2023! Night time paddle. Class is at 7pm, we’ll paddle into the chain, anchor down, have some gentle yoga either seated or on your back, a short yoga nidra (guided meditation) and paddle back in the night sky. Lease & PFD (provided) required to be worn during paddling. Plan for 1.5 hours for this class. Lights provided for the boards for safety.

Equipment included in cost (board, paddle, PFD).

If there is inclement weather (high winds and/or thunder/lightening) and class is cancelled, full refund will be given.
