Take some time for yourself, find your breath, destress & detox with yoga with Roo at Wolverine Pickelball. Everyone is welcomed to this light hearted, all level yoga class. Modifications are given, from advanced to beginners. There will be some fascia release added in (balls & explanation provided) - really help decrease tension in the body. It is a wonderful way to spend an evening, connecting with your breath and body, improving your flexibility and mobility. Stay for socializing and a cocktail/mocktail/beer/whatever afterwards.
What to bring/wear: Yoga mat (not included), blanket or block if you want (not necessary), water to drink and wear comfortable clothing.
You do not have to play pickelball or be a member. If you want to play before or after, check out their open court schedule.
Registration includes one drink from their tap wall!
