Summer is not over! The water is plenty warm, the crowds have left, and the water is calm.
Come join me for SUP yoga. I teach you basics on how to paddle on land, we head out, anchor down, have some yoga. Unplug, allow yourself to connect with nature. All levels welcomed, some stay on their knees, other do headstands and everything in between. It’s fun!
All equipment provided (board, paddle, PFD)
Recreation pass required at the State park - this is NOT included.
