Come learn self care techniques. Using balls, learn how to give yourself a massage. Release stress and tension in the body (mental and physical, including sore muscles from working out and stress).
Even if you came to a spring workshop, there will be new techniques this time (some repeat from last time). Hands, forearms, deeper into feet and ankles included with this workshop.
Lacrosse balls will be provided during class. Tune Up Massage balls available for purchase.
Bring a mat and water, wear comfortable clothing.
