Join us at Robin Hills Farm, a new location for us!
This unique 90-minute class begins with a short lesson on paddle basics followed by a fun and relaxing session of yoga before returning to shore. Students will enjoy paddling in our three acre Dragon Pond, anchoring their board, and beginning their floating yoga session with Roo Morgan RYT 200 from Eclipse Yoga. Modifications can be shared to accommodate ALL levels from beginners to advanced. Bring a friend or two to share this amazing experience combining yoga with nature!
Robin Hills Farm has nature trails you are welcome to hike before or after if you like. Bring a friend, who may not paddle, they can hike instead. Enjoy some time outdoors.
